Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
3/4 ozPeach liqueur
1/2 ozAmericano bianco
1/4 ozBitter bianco liqueur
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
1 dashPeach bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a peach wedge.
