Ingredients

3/4 ozBrandy
3/4 ozGrand Marnier
3/4 ozApricot liqueur
3/4 ozOrange juice
0.5Egg white
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist and an Angostura bitters.
