1/2 ozKrupnik liqueur
2 sliceFresh ginger
1 1/2 ozHoney liqueur
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3 ozJasmine tea
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a mixing glass.
- Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
