Ingredients

2 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozPeach schnapps
1 pieceMaraschino cherry
1 pieceOrange wedge
3 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add maraschino cherry, orange wedge to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with either an orange slice or a peach wedge.
