Ingredients

2 ozBlanco tequila
1 ozCoconut water
1/2 ozPatrón citrónge
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 barspoonGinger syrup
1 pieceSimple syrup (1:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple fronds.
