

Ingredients
1 1/4 ozGin
1/4 ozRosolio Bergamotto
1 barspoonLychee liqueur
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 1/2 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a frozen lychee.
