1 ozDry vermouth
3/4 ozBénédictine
1 dashAbsinthe
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. No garnish to prepare but be ready to serve with the verbal chant.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Serve with verbal garnish, 'Hi De Hi De Hi De Ho'.
