1 1/2 ozAmontillado sherry
3/4 ozPatrón citrónge
1 ozLime juice
1/2 ozAgave syrup
1 barspoonOrange marmalade
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a tajin rim and a lime peel twist.
