Ingredients

1 1/2 ozOude genever
1/2 ozGreen Chartreuse
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3 dashAngostura bitters
2 3/4 ozTonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
