Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBlanco tequila
3/4 ozAmericano bianco
1 barspoonGentian liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a green olive.
