Ingredients

1 ozGin
1/4 ozDry vermouth
1/4 ozBianco vermouth
3/4 ozKumquat liqueur
to topTonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with either an edible flower or a kumquat.
