Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/4 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
2 dashAngostura bitters
1 dashPeach bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a snifter glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried apricot.
