Ingredients

1 ozGin
1 ozDry cider
3/4 ozGreen Chartreuse
1/4 ozLemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the dry cider to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with dry cider and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and an islay scotch mist.
