Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
3/4 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozAbsinthe
1/4 ozElderflower liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
