1/2 ozLime cordial
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3 scoopVanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
