Ingredients

2 ozVanilla vodka
1 3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozLime cordial

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. To make the pie rim, wipe outside edge of rim with cream mix and dip into crunched up Graham Cracker or digestive biscuits.
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a graham cracker rim.
