Ingredients

2 1/2 ozAñejo Tequila
12 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashLavender bitters
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a julep cup.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and icing sugar.
