Ingredients

2 1/2 ozScotch whisky
12 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozHoney herbal liqueur
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a julep cup with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
