3/4 ozGin
1/2 ozScotch whisky
1/4 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/4 ozIrish whiskey
1 1/2 ozBritish bitter ale
1/4 ozApple juice
1/2 ozHoney herbal liqueur
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and gently stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig.
