  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Sear limes with a blow torch before squeezing them.
  3. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  4. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  6. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with a seared lime slice.
