Ingredients

1 1/4 ozAñejo Tequila
1/2 ozMezcal
1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozLavender syrup
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. (Most appropriately served in a science beaker.).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a salt rim.
