1/2 ozMezcal
1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozLavender syrup
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- (Most appropriately served in a science beaker.).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a salt rim.
