Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
1 ozTawny port
1/2 ozGinger wine
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with either a lime peel twist or a lime wedge.
