Ingredients

1 1/4 ozVodka
1 ozKumquat liqueur
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozAgave syrup
1 barspoonOrange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add agave syrup, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add vodka, kumquat liqueur, orange marmalade and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a kumquat.
