Ingredients

1 1/2 ozMezcal
3/4 ozRhubarb liqueur
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCelery bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
