1/2 ozParfait amour liqueur
1/2 ozApple schnapps
1/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sugar rim and a fruit pastille.
