3/4 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
