1 barspoonPastis
15 pieceFennel seeds
1/2 ozApple schnapps
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add fennel seeds to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a dill sprig.
