Ingredients

1 ozSake
1/2 ozTriple sec
7 pieceRaspberries
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Muddle raspberries in base of shaker.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. Shake with ice.
  5. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a sugar rim and a raspberry.
