Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozAperol
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonPassion fruit syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wedge.
