Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozPineapple liqueur
1/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonLemon juice
1/4 ozOrgeat syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a lime wedge or a pineapple wedge.
