Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1 1/2 ozSake
1 pieceCucumber
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Muddle cucumber in base of mixing glass.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with cucumber slices.
