Ingredients

1 1/2 ozMexican corn whiskey
1 ozAmericano bianco
3/4 ozCorn/maize liqueur
6 dashCoriander bitters
3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grilled baby corn.
