2 ozMezcal
1/2 ozLemon juice
3 pieceLime wedge
1/2 ozAgave syrup
1/4 ozGinger syrup
3 sliceRed bell pepper
1 sliceRed chili pepper
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Add red bell pepper, red chili pepper to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a beef jerky.
