1/2 ozPear and cognac liqueur
1/4 ozPoire William
3/4 ozPear juice
1/4 ozLemon juice

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
