Ingredients

2 1/4 ozSake
1 1/2 ozVodka
2 sliceFresh ginger
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a mixing glass.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients to the mixing glass.
  5. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  6. Strain into the chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with a ginger slice.
