Ingredients

2 ozVodka
1 ozCranberry juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonApricot jam
2 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add simple syrup (2:1), cranberry juice, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add vodka, apricot jam, orange bitters and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an apricot wedge.
