2 ozVodka
1 ozCranberry juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonApricot jam
2 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add simple syrup (2:1), cranberry juice, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add vodka, apricot jam, orange bitters and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an apricot wedge.
