2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozWhite Crème de menthe
1 barspoonClaret wine
1/2 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozGrenadine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Float wine on top.
- Garnish with either a mint leaf or a rose petal.
