2 ozGold rum
1/2 ozWhite crème de cacao
2 pieceCelery stick
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozApple juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add celery stick to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a walnut, an apple wedge and a blue cheese.
