  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add celery stick to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a walnut, an apple wedge and a blue cheese.
