  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except chartreuse to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float chartreuse on top.
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
