1 1/2 ozVodka
3/4 ozStrawberry liqueur
1 barspoonBalsamic vinegar
3 pieceStrawberries
1 pinchBlack pepper
2 1/2 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a flute glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a strawberry and a balsamic vinegar.
