Ingredients

3/4 ozVodka
3/4 ozPear and cognac liqueur
2 1/2 ozApple juice
3/4 ozApple brandy

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either an apple wedge or a pear wedge.
