1/2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1 1/2 ozHoney vodka
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Smoke with apple and pecan (or other wood) and fine strain into the chilled glass.
