Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
3/4 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
3/4 ozEspresso
1/4 ozCoffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with coffee beans and raisins.
