Ingredients

2 ozVanilla vodka
1/4 ozAmaretto
1/2 barspoonBlue Curaçao liqueur
3/4 ozPistachio cream liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a pistachio ice cream.
