Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1/2 ozBianco vermouth
3/4 ozLychee liqueur
3/4 ozPink grapefruit juice
3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a lychee.
