Ingredients

2 ozGin
1 ozSauvignon blanc
1/4 ozWhite Crème de menthe
12 pieceMint leaves
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. (There's no need to muddle mint if a good shake and ice is used.).
  3. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf.
