Ingredients

1 1/2 ozOak aged gin
1/4 ozSweet vermouth
1/4 ozFernet
3 ozTonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist, a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
