Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
3/4 ozGreen Chartreuse
1 pieceRosemary sprig
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add rosemary sprig to a mixing glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel twist and a rosemary sprig.
