Ingredients

2 ozGin
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/2 ozOrange marmalade
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
1 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Stir marmalade with other ingredients in base of shaker to dissolve the marmalade.
  3. Shake with ice and fine strain into the chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
