Ingredients

2 ozBourbon whiskey
8 pieceMint leaves
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add mint leaves to a mixing glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
